Starting a company, growing from 3 to 300 people, and selling
How the company changed as it went through the various stages of growth (startup, rapid growth, maturing into a “real” company, and finally selling), including the positive things and the challenges about each stage. How we overcame the various challenges and use some funny true stories from our past to illustrate some of the issues we faced. I’d give some tips on starting and growing a company in general.
